Starter
- Terrine of confit chicken, with spiced pineapple pickle and mustard seed dressing
- Smoked salmon tartare with chilled cucumber and tomato consommé
- Sweet onion and black olive tart (v) with thyme and feta cheese
- Beef carpaccio with rocket and parmesan salad and a truffle oil dressing
Create salad (v)
Baby endive, roasted radicchio, char grilled courgette, pine nuts and caper berries with a sun blushed tomato dressing
Main Course
- Roasted fillet of salmon with pea risotto, spinach and summer truffle jus
- Pan fried breast of chicken with broad bean and puy lentil fricassee, fennel and parma ham wafers
- Roast sirloin of beef with a warm salad of new seasons potatoes, crushed rosemary, baby carrots and runner beans with a rosemary and balsamic reduction
- Pan fried aubergine with grilled fennel, baby tomatoes, shitake mushrooms, peas shoots, sweet pepper and basil dressing
Dessert
- Fine strawberry tart with soft cream
- Summer berry poached meringues with vanilla soup and almond praline
- Chocolate crème brulee, raspberry shortbread and sheep’s milk yoghurt
- Elderflower jelly with fresh strawberries, lemon balm custard and sponge fingers
