The London International Fine Art & Antique Fair is offering a complimentary advisory service to any visitor throughout the duration of the Fair. A team of independent expert advisers will be on hand throughout the fair to guide you through the fair or straight to whatever you seek. In addition they can arrange delivery to your home and offer impartial advice on restoration, conservation and insurance.

The Knowledge Desk can be found immediately in front of the main entrance to the Fair.

Tania is a world leading art advisor who works regularly with international collectors, private banks, public collections and consultants from other lifestyle industries. Martyn Downer

Having grown up surrounded by antiques at his father’s country saleroom, Martyn went on to become a director and head of the Jewellery department at Sotheby’s. Here he was closely involved in high-profile sales and exhibitions in London, New York and Geneva. Martyn is a fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain and a freeman of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths. Martyn is also a leading authority on antique and modern silver. He is a director of myfamilysilver.com and Corfield Morris Ltd.

Daniel Morris

A former director of Sotheby’s and an acknowledged expert in English furniture of the 18th and 19th centuries, Daniel oversaw during his tenure at Sotheby’s numerous high profile auctions and was involved in the cataloguing and researching of a number of England’s greatest country house collections, ideally placing him to advise on authenticity and value. As well as being an active member of The Furniture History Society, Daniel lectures on a number of topics within his field and has worked on a range of publications. He is a founding director of Corfield Morris Ltd.

Tim Corfield

Tim is a second-generation antiques expert and has accrued a lifetime’s knowledge of fine furniture having been a member of The British Antique Dealers Association before setting up as an independent consultant some 20 years ago. He has an unerring eye for a genuine piece and is also an expert in assessing restoration requirements having managed a large restoration business. He has helped to create and continues to maintain a number of important private collections in Britain and the US. He is a founding director of Corfield Morris Ltd.

A graduate of The Courtauld Institute and former employee of Sotheby’s and Christie’s, Jo acts as an advisor to private collectors in the area of 20th century and contemporary design.
